Simmo and Dukie are back behind the mic for another action-packed episode of Sports Wrap, and this week it’s a bit of a special one. Why? Because Dukie is gearing up for his final show before jetting off on a 7-week holiday — and let’s just say, he’s not exactly leaving quietly. From the very first minute, Dukie is talking himself up like he’s won the Brownlow, the EPL, and the Super Bowl all at once!
But it’s not all about Dukie (well, almost). The ever-popular Around the Grounds returns with Simmo breaking down the big stories from the weekend’s action, from footy to football and everything in between. Meanwhile, Simon Says takes aim — and this week, the target is none other than Dukie himself. And yes, there’s also a few things to be said about Xmas too.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Sports Wrap without Dukie Crunching the Numbers. He’s bringing out the stats, the history, and maybe even a wild prediction or two before he signs off for his well-deserved break.
Get ready for laughs, debate, and all the sport you can handle in this final Dukie-filled episode (for now).
The Safety Car leads to from Belgium to Perth on this week’s edition. Regan is joined by special guest Riley Sprigg, who gives us an insight into himself and the beginning of his football career. Riley is a rising star for West Perth, making his league debut this season after dominating the reserves. He revealed his journey to success, recounting some of the special moments with his father that have shaped him into the footballer he is becoming today. He goes through what it was like growing up in country WA and transferring to Wesley College where he played both footy and cricket before he decided to take his football path to the next level.
An insightful and inspiring chat, one definitely worth listening to.
